Data AnalystAt Tesla, data-driven insights are crucial to informing our Recruiting & People strategy. We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help us drive this effort.The People Analytics team is embedded within the Recruiting & HR organization and contributes to decisions made throughout the company. We're constantly refining our approach to data analysis to better understand hiring trends and their impact on Tesla's work.
