About the Facility LocationThe area surrounding this assignment offers clinicians access to a range of historical, cultural, and recreational attractions. Points of interest include the Freedom Trail, a 2.5-mile walking path connecting 16 revolutionary landmarks, Faneuil Hall Marketplace, and the historic neighborhood of Beacon Hill, known for its brick sidewalks and townhouses. Additional options include the Museum of Fine Arts, the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum, and the Bunker Hill Monument, alongside harbor cruises and day trips to destinations such as Salem, accessible by train within approximately 30 minutes. Nearby Cambridge adds further depth to the area, with universities, museums, and dining options available during time away from assignment.
About the Clinician's WorkdayThe clinician will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at an on-site primary care clinic, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no call responsibilities. The expected caseload is 14 patients per day, structured as 7 patients in the morning and 7 in the afternoon, with the majority of patients being adults. Clinicians will receive 1 hour of administrative time for every 4 hours worked to support documentation and care coordination.
